ALL SITES ARE FULL HOOK-UP WITH 50, 30, AND 15 AMP SERVICE, WI-FI, WATER AND SEWER.

Rates include 2 adults, children under 12, parking for the RV and 1 vehicle and 2 pets.  Second vehicles may be permitted without fees, but cannot park or extend into the street or main driveways within the park or on the grass.

More than 2 vehicles are permitted only by prior arrangement with management.

Additional guests and vehicles are allowed but will incur additional charges as below:

DAILY RATE:  $40.00 PER NIGHT - electricity is included

   Additional daily guest fee (older than 12 yo):  $3.00 per day

WEEKLY RATE:  $200.00 PER WEEK (7 NIGHTS) - electricity is included

   Additional weekly guest fee (older than 12 yo):  $15.00 per week

MONTHLY RATE:  $500.00 PER MONTH - electricity is metered and is passed through at a rate of 13 cents per kWh

   Additional guest fee (staying more than 3 days per month):  $50.00 per month

   Additional vehicle fee:  $30.00 per month

Additional pets may be allowed with management's approval
